Our highly skilled and well established team of Physiotherapists can treat all manner of musculoskeletal injury.
Whether neck or back pain, sports injury, occupational health or post operative care, St Pancras Physiotherapy Clinic prides ourselves on having a team of Physiotherapists at the top of our field.
A full assessment will involve a full clinical history, alignment analysis, joint testing and muscle function examination to reveal the root of the pain, injury or restriction.
Treatment will then involve soft tissue techniques, manipulation where appropriate and muscle balancing to alleviate pain, and restore full health and function. A hone exercise programme will be given to expediate recover.
We are also trained to take casts for custom made orthotics. These imprints are then sent off to the lab where a highly engineered insole will be made for you, and returned within 14 days.
All therapists are BUPA and HPC accredited.
Appointments are available 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 9am-3pm on Saturdays.

Steph Dowling graduated from Notre Dame University in Western Australia. She has been in the UK for over 2 years, working for Camden PCT as well as private sports injury clinics. An experienced swimmer, her areas of interest are lower back, groin and hip pain. She has proven excellence in manual therapy skills. Steph is a popular Pilates instructor at the clinic, teaching every Monday and Thursday lunchtime and evening. She is known for her perfectionist correction. |

Mat Boyd graduated in Physiotherapy in 2005 from the University of Liverpool. Having gained excellent and varied experience in musculoskeletal disorders in Australia, he has worked at the clinic for over 2 years. As a keen climber, he has a particular interest in shoulder and upper limb pathologies. Mat teaches early-bird and lunchtime Pilates every Friday. |

Catherine Banderet originally from, and graduated in, Geneva, is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist and ergonomist. She treats a complete range of injury but specialises in work related issues, and carries out all our DSE workstation assessments and in-house physio. Also a fully certified Body Control Pilates teacher, Catherine teaches at St Pancas every Thursday evening and Saturday.

| Belinda Quinlan, originally from Dublin, graduated in 2003. Belinda formerly worked in a specialist Orthopaedic unit and with a Premier League football team. She has a mixed caseload of all musculoskeletal conditions but has a special interest in complex pain, occupational injuries such as RSI or neck related headaches. Her Pilates classes are known for their creativity and precision. |

Charis Conroy graduated in Physiotherapy from Kings college, London in 2008. Having gained initial post gard experience at Charing Cross Hospital, she went on to specialise in biomechanics and alignment issues. She teaches both individual and group Pilates and is known for her perfectionist alignment correction. |

Clare Whitaker graduated in 1999 from University of liverpool, and spent many years working at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Trust before completing a masters at Kings College, London. She currently acts as practice manager for St Pancras and Camden Physio Clinic, alongside clinical work. |
